Senja Close EC by CDL is the first Executive Condominium in Bukit Panjang since Blossom Residences in 2011, tapping more than a decade of pent-up HDB-upgrader demand. The roughly 295-unit project sits beside Senja LRT, two stops from Bukit Panjang town centre and the Downtown Line, and is expected to launch in the final quarter of 2026.
Who can buy an EC. ECs are a hybrid of public and private housing. Buyers must be Singapore Citizens forming an eligible household with a monthly income ceiling of $16,000. ECs carry a 5-year minimum occupation period and become fully privatised after 10 years. The four 2026 EC projects are not affected by the 8 May 2026 EC measures and keep the earlier 5-year MOP and 10-year privatisation timeline.
